Section 8

The Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher Program) program is a HUD subsidized housing program for income eligible persons and families but participants are allowed to live in private apartments within the City of Quincy. The Section 8 participant is responsible for locating an eligible apartment that QHA must approve of. Section 8 rents are also based on household income.
